A Loving Tribute
Stevi Gire, MS, RN, CHSE
University of Utah College of Nursing

A tribute to our wonderful Stevi who was the glue that kept Utah
Simulation Coalition together; how do we say goodbye?

Memories of you, Stevi, will last forever because you will always
be in the heart of Utah Simulation. You were the heart of Utah
Simulation!

Not one day will come where we will not see you in the simulation
lab.

Not one day will go where we will not feel you busily keeping us
on task in the simulation lab.

Not one sun will rise without us knowing it is you shining a bright
light over us that embraces us with your warmth.

Not one moon will rise that we do not see your shining face: our
smiling pirate.

We remember you with wonder.

Time may pass and fade away, but memories of you will always
stay.

You are a special person in our lives who will never leave us.

You brought joy, happiness, and laughter to all who met you;
memories of you are a treasure.

There are no goodbyes; we are comforted that we will meet
again.
